The Black Raspberries' second studio album... better than the first!

Refreshing

I picked up a copy of the Black Raspberries new CD, Room 237, from my friend, Burnin' Ern about a month or so ago at a jam session at his house. I haven't taken it out of my car CD player yet! All I can say besides "I love it" is that it is truly refreshing. The vocals are crisp, the lyrics and music are new age alternative. The leads, basslines and drums are outstanding with hints of various influences from great rockers of the past. If you are in the mood for something new and refreshing in terms of alternative rock music, do yourself a favor and pick up the CD and check out this band live. This band is headed for the big time.
