Lori Batcheller, MA, MPT, has been teaching journal writing workshops to foster creativity, health, and well-being since 1998. A long-time journaler, Lori used writing to help her discover right livelihood; overcome chronic neck pain; heal family relationships; rediscover her creative voice; and connect to Spirit. She studied journaling through the Center for Journal Therapy and is a professional-level Kripalu Yoga instructor and licensed physical therapist who combines her love of writing, holistic health, and yoga into her workshops.
