Monica's passion is authentic communication. She hopes her songs will speak to your heart, uplift your soul, and inspire you on your path. She believes that together we can choose a "bright new world." As she writes in her song, "Spinning 'Round,"
"Without true love, there is no peace.
Without fear, we all live free."
Monica was born in Columbus, Ohio, USA, on May 25, 1969. She lived in Venice, Florida in her teen years and then moved to Boulder, Colorado in the early 1990s.
Monica has performed extensively as a singer-songwriter, also playing guitar and piano. She has performed at the Telluride Bluegrass Festival, as well as for the Colorado Rockies, Denver Nuggets, Colorado Rapids, and C.U. Buffaloes.
Her first two CDs were "Wildflower" and "Beyond Innocence." Her latest CD, "Bright New World," was released October 1, 2009.
Monica is also owner of Wildflower School of Voice in Boulder where she thrives on supporting young singers to find their inner confidence and fully express their true voice.
She lives in Lafayette, Colorado with her husband, Kevin, and sons, Greg and Will.
