Marijke Jane is a growing artist, writing about life and faith with honesty and candor. Having spent the last 10 years trying to find where she fits in this world, she is letting go of every expectation. Braving into the unknown, taking the chance to pursue music and share her heart, she is embracing a great new adventure.

“Songwriting has always been a form of inner expression for me. When I wrote my first song, it came spontaneously in time spent alone with God. No agenda; just my heart poured out in song. And in singing and writing I find my heart is truly alive.”

She has learned that walking with God inevitably requires walking by faith. “He is a God who sees and plans the big picture, though we can only follow one step at a time. In that process, we undoubtedly face both pain and joy, and we don’t always see how the pieces fit together. But we know that He is a good God.”

Her story is no different. Marijke Jane is journeying through life, hoping to be able to share that journey through the words she writes, the songs she sings, and the story she is telling.
