The members of Each Passing Day are longtime friends with widely varied musical influences. All three are writers -- they used to write primarily instrumentals, and then Loren started adding lyrics. Loren's songs are inspired by his musical heroes, such as Damien Rice, Iron & Wine, Paul Simon and The Beatles. "Homesick" and "San Francisco" received Best Song awards in the West Coast Songwriters Competitions in San Luis Obispo. Their fanbase is growing, and their debut CD is due September 6th '08.
