1. Why is the album priced differently on DigStation than what I paid for my card?
The artist that sold you the download card is also responsible for setting their album’s selling price on DigStation.com. Your download card is good for one album download regardless of the selling price on DigStation.com. You will not be charged anything after you enter your code on the redeem page. DigStation.com is not responsible for selling price of your download card or any album on our website.
2. Can I use my download card for any album on DigStation.com?
No, your download card can only be used for the artist and album listed on the card.
3. My download card number is not working, what should I do?
Please make sure you have entered the correct 12-digit code on the back of the card. NOTE: All of the letters in our codes are printed on the cards in uppercase.

Each download card can only be used one time. If you have already entered your code, please check your order history. You can read our download instructions in the Digstation FAQ.

If the artist has removed the album you are ordering from DigStation.com, we can no longer process your download.
4. Does my download card expire?
No, your download card is active as long as the artist is still selling their album on DigStation.com.
5. I have lost my download card, what should I do?
DigStation.com is not responsible for lost or stolen cards. Unfortunately, we have no way of tracking which code was on the download card you have purchased. We recommend you contact the artist who has sold you the card for a new code or a copy of the album. Note that DigStation.com cannot provide you with any contact information about the artist; please refer to the artist’s page for email address and website.

7. Why am I being asked for my credit card information?
DigStation will not ask you for any payment information if you only use your download card. The card is good for one free album download. Please make sure your shopping cart is empty when entering your 12-digit code. You will not be asked for payment as long as there are no other downloads in your shopping cart.
